This was a project that took place at a University Science Building. There was 190,000 CFM of air flowing through (3) Custom Air Handling Units with 100% outside air and (2) Custom Heat Recovery Units. To ensure the labs located in these buildings are kept at their required temperature range, we included our Custom Energy Loop to assist. Our Custom Energy Loop is set up between these units to take full advantage of the exhaust air being expelled into the atmosphere.

Multiple energy recovery coils have been included in the heat recovery unit, which then connects with another coil located in the air handling units. This allows us to take energy from the otherwise unused air and add it to the air handlers to prevent them from using more energy than necessary.
